5%
of the managed long-tail revenue book
Before the service starts we agree which accounts form the managed book: typically the accounts your team does not actively work. The 5% applies to revenue from those accounts for the term, so the fee only grows if the book does. The pilot fee is separate and is not credited against the commission.
The target is first drafts on the board two weeks after we receive a usable ERP export. It depends on the export being complete and on your rules being agreed in the first week.
Four steps. A decision on your own numbers in about fourteen weeks.
You send an anonymised ERP export: accounts, last order date, revenue. We return one page: how many accounts are silent, what they used to buy, what that is worth, and which segment to start with.
One of your real accounts, anonymised, worked live: enriched, scored, offered under sample rules, drafted in your language, on the approval board.
Your rules configured with you in the first week; drafts on the board from the second. Your account managers approve, a control segment is set aside, and you get a weekly readout.
Activated accounts, revenue and reply rates for the pilot segment against the control segment. If it worked, we continue. If not, you keep the report and owe nothing more.
A share of the pilot segment is set aside and not contacted, so the report compares accounts we worked with accounts we deliberately left alone. Activated accounts, revenue and reply rates are reported for both. This is the intended pilot methodology; the example below shows the report format with illustrative numbers.
| Worked segment | Control segment | |
|---|---|---|
| Accounts | 900 | 100 |
| Approved and sent | 612 | — |
| Replies | 97 | — |
| Accounts that ordered in 90 days | 41 | 2 |
| Revenue from those orders | €58,400 | €2,100 |
Illustrative numbers to show the report format. Not a customer result.
Send an anonymised ERP export and get a one-page diagnostic in five working days: how many accounts are silent, what that is worth, and where a pilot would start.
