Strive Technologies d.o.o. builds and runs Strives.ai from Zagreb. The founders have built, scaled and sold B2B software before, and the company's first service is run with the discipline that experience taught: measure, document, and never send what a human has not approved.
We run commercial work on the customer accounts a distributor's team cannot cover. Our platform researches and scores accounts from the customer's own order history, builds offers under the customer's rules, drafts the outreach and schedules the follow-ups. The customer's account managers approve every message. We are paid on the revenue the managed accounts produce.

Founded Amodo, a usage-based insurance platform, raised more than $8 million for it and sold it to Cambridge Mobile Telematics, where he then led European operations. Studied at the University of Vienna, NYU Stern and the Carlson School of Management. Mentor at the Alchemist Accelerator and member of the Croatian Business Angels Network.

22 years at Siemens, from developer and IT consultant in banking to CFO of Siemens Convergence Creators Croatia, where he led the sale of the business unit. Later CFO and board member at Amodo through its international growth and acquisition. Degrees in electrical engineering and a postgraduate degree in accounting and finance from Zagreb.

PhD from the University of Vienna. Built machine-learning scoring at Cambridge Mobile Telematics and Sentiance. Leads product at Strives: the scoring, the rules and the approval flow that account managers use every day.
It started in 2005 at Siemens, when Marijan submitted a travel expense form so incomplete that Zvonimir, then the finance manager, told him it was the sloppiest he had ever seen and that he should be fired. He was not. Two decades, one company built and sold together, and many long walks later, they started Strives.
